To order using our secure on-line system, write down the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish the purchase. Click on the "Order Now" button on any page within Julianos.com. Select "Quick Order" and enter the item number(s) and quantity(s) into the "Quick Order" entry form. Click on the "Add To Cart" and "Checkout" button and fill in the requested fields to complete your order.
Phone Orders
We also accept phone orders at 1-800-300-1932. When ordering, remember to include color as well as make, model and year of the car where applicable. We ship via UPS pre-paid or C.O.D. or we accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Shipping is additional. Fax orders to (860) 872-4114.
Shipping
We try to ship all orders for stock merchandise the same day we receive the order. Of course, all specialty made items will take longer. Our courteous salesperson will be able to tell you at the time you place your order when to expect delivery.
Gift Certificates
An ideal gift is a Juliano's Hot Rod Parts gift certificate. They are available in any amount and ordering one is as easy as picking up the phone and calling (860) 872-1932.
Prices
We will try to maintain the prices listed in our catalog, however due to the changing prices of material we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Guarantee
All products are sold without warranty, either express or implied. We guarantee your satisfaction and against manufactures defects. At our discretion we will repair or replace the product. Products that have been misused of modified cannot be returned under the guarantee.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned only with consent of Juliano's. Customers must call to obtain returned authorization number. All products approved for return must be shipped pre-paid freight. Used, misused, or altered products cannot be returned. Approved returns are subject to a handling charge of not less than 15%. No returns after 30 days. Returns are not accepted on electrical items.
Claims
Claims for damaged or lost merchandise are to be made to the freight carrier. If you receive a damaged package or a package that looks like it has been opened or otherwise tampered with, make a written note of this to the freight carrier upon signing for the package. A verbal note to the driver is not sufficient. Carefully open and be sure to save the damaged container as visible proof of damage. This proof of damage is the first thing the carrier will ask to see. Notify the local office of the freight carrier as soon as the damage is discovered in writing (no later than 48 hours after receipt of goods). Claims for shortage of merchandise (other than lost items) are to be made to us within 5 days of receipt of your order.
