Step 1
Start with your headlight bucket.

Locate mark on top of adapter ring.
Locate mark on top of adapter.

Place tape on bucket for marking holes.

Align top of adapter with center of headlamp bucket tab.

Mark the three mounting holes.

Drill the three mounting holes.
Drill the three mounting holes.
 
Step 8
Shim adapter to obtain a tight fit between bulb and trim ring (if needed).

Step 9
Attach adapter with supplied with supplied hardware.
Attach adapter with supplied with supplied hardware.
Step 10
Install the bulb in the adapter.

Step 11
Install the trim ring on the bucket.

Step 12
Lock the tab in place.
Lock the tab in place.
